Those prices are too high for the products to be sold in Japan.
Prices of the genuine products are cheap in Japan.
Below is a calculation simulation when the products are sold at prices 10% less than the prices for the genuine products.
You can see that it would generate less than 5% profits.
If the genuine products prices go down, our products would not be sold at all.
Even if our products were 10% cheaper than the genuine products, there would be no guarantee that Parallel import goods could be sold.
It seems to me that products, which are 20% cheaper than the genuine products, have been selling.
So I would say we would need at least 15% difference in price.
Would you consider lowering the prices to the level where they are 10% cheaper than the current prices?
In Japan, the regular retail price is lower.
The computation in case we sell items in lower price than regular retail price by 10% is as follows.
There is only less than 5% of absolute profit.
Once the retail price goes down, we cannot sell items any more right away.
Even if we lower the price than retail price than 10%, the parallel imported items do not necessarily sell.
I have some impression that the item in lower price than retail price by 20% is relatively selling.
So I think we need to lower the price at least 15% than retail price.
Therefore can you please lower the price than current price by 10% for now?
They cannot be sold at this price. The price of regular item is low in Japan.
The following is calculation of when item is sold at 100 percent lower than the regular one.
There is only 5 pure profit that is lower than 5 percent.
When the price of the regular item is lowered, it is not sold suddenly.
Even if it is sold at 10 percent lower than the regular one, item by parallel import might not be sold.
I have an impression that the item 20 percent lower than the regular one is selling well.
At lease 15 percent price difference is necessary.
Would you reduce the price by 10 percent lower than the current price?
The calculation for selling regular items at 10% less is shown below. There is no more than 5% net profit. If the price of regular items comes down, we won't then be able to sell them.
Even if we sell the regular items at 10% less, selling the goods imported at the same time will not be restricted. Items at 20% below the regular items will give the impression of being sold. I think we need the lowest price margin to be 15%.
I wonder whether you could reduce the current price by at least 10%?
Because, in Japan genuine products is more cheaper.
If you want to sell it 10% cheaper than genuine products, you can get only 5% interests.
And if genuine products price would became more cheaper, you could not sell it.
If you would cut prices in 10% than genuine products, there is not assure that you could sell many parallel products.
It seems that parallel products which are cheaper than in 20% are moved well.
I think if you want to sell them, you should cut prices at least in 15%.
Could you cut prices in 10% than now?
