・ＮＥＣ持株会社が、ＮＥＣグループ会社に対して何かを強制する権限は極めて限られている。だが、持株会社は、資本と人事権を使って、ＮＥＣグループ会社に対して絶大な影響力を持っている。
・現在、私がＣＦＯであった時に定めた、ＮＥＣグループの財務戦略機能は持株会社に置き、財務実行機能はＮＥＣキャピタルに集中するという方針は、守られている。

3. About ERP decision and the role of holding companies
- The rights that NEC holding companies hold towards NEC Group is extremely limited. However, using their capital and human resource rights, holding companies have tremendous influences on NEC group company.
- At the moment, as I have decided when being CFO, the strategic financial function of NEC lies in holding companies, maintaining financial practicing function by the strategy of focusing NEC capital.
- The other day during a discussion, I confirmed with Mr. Yamakawa from holding company of the maintenance of this trategy.

In group CFP meeting, they are going to agree to introduction of ERP that all group companies of NEC use all together. (It depends on result of trial.) Therefore, it is impossible that the group companies decide introduction of ERP at their discretion by ignoring agreement of the group CFO meeting.
However, it is a problem in the future that how global roll out of EPR is going to be proceeded thereafter.
