３．ERPの決定とＮＥＣ持株会社の役割について
・ＮＥＣ持株会社が、ＮＥＣグループ会社に対して何かを強制する権限は極めて限られている。だが、持株会社は、資本と人事権を使って、ＮＥＣグループ会社に対して絶大な影響力を持っている。
・現在、私がＣＦＯであった時に定めた、ＮＥＣグループの財務戦略機能は持株会社に置き、財務実行機能はＮＥＣキャピタルに集中するという方針は、守られている。
・先日、持株会社の山川さんと話した時も、この方針は守っていく事を確認した。
3. About ERP decision and the role of holding companies
- The rights that NEC holding companies hold towards NEC Group is extremely limited. However, using their capital and human resource rights, holding companies have tremendous influences on NEC group company.
- At the moment, as I have decided when being CFO, the strategic financial function of NEC lies in holding companies, maintaining financial practicing function by the strategy of focusing NEC capital.
- The other day during a discussion, I confirmed with Mr. Yamakawa from holding company of the maintenance of this trategy.
・グループＣＦＯ会議において、ＮＥＣグループ全体が利用する統一的なＥＲＰの導入を合意する予定である。
（これは、トライアルの結果次第であるが。）このため、グループＣＦＯ会議の合意を無視して、グループ会社がＥＲＰの導入を独自に決定する事は一般的には考えられない。
・但し、その後、ＥＲＰのグローバルロールアウトが具体的にどのように進められるかは、今後の課題である。
-At the meeting of the group's CFOs, we are planning to agree on implementing standardized ERP used by the entire NEC Group.
(However, this depends on the results of trials). Therefore, it basically doesn't mean that, disregarding the agreement at group CFO meeting, group companies will decide the implementation of ERP independently.
- However, after that, how the ERP global roll-out will be processed in details will be decided later.
