この届いた商品は購入した商品と異なるものが届きました。そのため売り手に商品を返品する必要があります。"Return to Sender"→"I do not have a shipping label"→"SUBMIT REQUEST"をクリックしました。そうしますとメールに添付しました画像の画面になります。"+ADD NEW SHIPPING ADDRESS"がグレーアウトしていてクリックできません。どのように手続きを進めればよいか教えていただけますか。

The item I received is not what I purchased. Therefore, I have to return it to seller.
I clicked "Return to Sender"→"I do not have a shipping label"→"SUBMIT REQUEST".
Then the picture attached at the email is shown. 。"+ADD NEW SHIPPING ADDRESS" is in gray,
and I cannot click. Would you tell me how to proceed the arrangement?

The product that has arrived here is not what I originally bought. So I need to send it back to the seller. I clicked in the following order: "Return to Sender"→"I do not have a shipping label"→"SUBMIT REQUEST". Then I see the screen with the image which I attach herewith this e-mail. I cannot click "+ADD NEW SHIPPING ADDRESS" because it is indicated in gray out. Could you notify me of how I should keep the procedure?
