The product that has arrived here is not what I originally bought. So I need to send it back to the seller. I clicked in the following order: "Return to Sender"→"I do not have a shipping label"→"SUBMIT REQUEST". Then I see the screen with the image which I attach herewith this e-mail. I cannot click "+ADD NEW SHIPPING ADDRESS" because it is indicated in gray out. Could you notify me of how I should keep the procedure?
