メーカに問い合わせたところJelcoの製品は規格パーツを使っている為ほとんどのヘッドシェルが取り付け可能とのことです。
実際に試した訳ではない為、100%とは言いきれませんが恐らく使えるだとうとメーカーから回答がありました。
また、税金についてですがそれぞれの国によって税率が変わる為私から明確な金額はお伝え出来ません。

According to the manufacturer, all Jelco products consist of standard parts, and so a head shell can be attached.
I am not 100% sure because I try it by myself, but the manufacturer said it would be possible to use it.
Regarding tax, I cannot answer your question because each country has its own tax rate.
Please contact the custom office in your country.

When I asked the manufacturer, they told that the product of Jelco uses standard parts, so that most of head shells in the market should be available.
As they have not verified all of them, they cannot 100% guarantee for sure, but they believe most head shells are available, the manufacturer told.
Also, regarding the tax, we cannot clarify the amount of the tax because each country charges different tax rates to the product.

I asked the manufacturer, and they said standard parts are used for Jelco items, so almost all head shells can be attached. They replied that they haven't actually tried so they cannot say for 100% but probably these can be used. Also about tax, tax rates are different for each country, so I cannot tell exact amount from my side.
