早くインボイスを3枚訂正してメール下さい。原産地証明書のコピーも一緒に添付して下さい。当初輸入量は2400kgと聞いていましたが、書類は2790kgになってましたが2790kgで間違いないですね？銀行が日本時間の14時迄の受付なので私達も早く送金に行かないと間に合いません。そうでないと書類が日本に届くまで数日かかる為10日に間に合いません。10日には私は書類を受け取らなければなりません。Mr.Satoも明日からベトナムに行くので今日しか時間がありません。

Can you please correct three invoices now, and send them to me by e-mail. Please attach the copy of certificate of origin as well. At first, I heard that the amount of the import was 2,400Kg, but it is 2,790Kg despite that the description in the document was 2,790Kg. Right? As the business hours of the bank is till 2pm in Japan time. Unless I go to the bank to send money as soon as possible, we cannot be in time. Otherwise we cannot be in time because it would take 10 days for the documents to be delivered to Japan. We need to receive the document no later than 10th. As Mr. Sato is visiting Vietnam from tomorrow as well, we only have today available.

I heard that volume of import was 2400 kilograms in the beginning.
However, it was listed 2790 kilograms in document. Is 2790 correct?
As bank accepts until 14:00 by Japan time, we have to go and send it immediately.
Otherwise as it takes several days until the document arrives in Japan, we cannot be in time for 10th.
I have to receive the document on the 10th. As Mr. Sato goes to Vietnam tomorrow, I have only today.

Please e-mail me after revising 3 invoices immediately. Also, attach the certificate of origin. Although I heard that importing amount was 2400kg at the first time, the document says it is 2790kg. At first, I heard that the import quantity was 2400 kg but it turned out to be 2790 kg on the document. I want to make sure whether it is 2790 kg. As the bank reception will last until 14:00 (according to Japan’s time), we have to remit early or else it will be late. If not that case, it will take a few days for documents to arrive at Japan so we will not be in time for 10th. We urgently have to receive the documents on 10th. Tomorrow Mr. Sato is going to Vietnam so we only have time for today.
