早くインボイスを3枚訂正してメール下さい。原産地証明書のコピーも一緒に添付して下さい。当初輸入量は2400kgと聞いていましたが、書類は2790kgになってましたが2790kgで間違いないですね？銀行が日本時間の14時迄の受付なので私達も早く送金に行かないと間に合いません。そうでないと書類が日本に届くまで数日かかる為10日に間に合いません。10日には私は書類を受け取らなければなりません。Mr.Satoも明日からベトナムに行くので今日しか時間がありません。

Please kindly revise and send me 3 invoices by email as soon as possible. And please include the copy of the Certificate of Origin as well. At first, I heard that the import quantity was 2400 kg but it turned out to be 2790 kg on the document. I want to make sure whether it is 2790 kg. As the bank reception will last until 14:00 (according to Japan’s time), we have to remit early or else it will be late. If not that case, it will take a few days for documents to arrive at Japan so we will not be in time for 10th. We urgently have to receive the documents on 10th. Tomorrow Mr. Sato is going to Vietnam so we only have time for today.
