日本国内の販売は、問題ありませんが、
イギリスでの販売に、許可をとっていませんでした。

今回の問題は、販売可能エリアを認識していなかったことが、一番の原因です。
再び起こらないようにするために、今後出品の際は、
我々が取り扱いしている商品の全てのメーカーに対して、
販売可能な国・エリアを確認いたします。

We put a product that would violate the intellectual properties.
While there is no problem with selling it in Japan, we did
not ask for permission for selling it in the UK.

The main cause of this issue is that we did not realize where we
could sell the product. To avoid any recurrence of this incidence,
we will, from now on, confirm the area where we can sell all of our products
when we put them on market next.

日本国内の販売では、商社より購入して、通常通り販売しております。
また日本国内の販売では、知的財産権の侵害にはあたりません。
ですが、イギリスでの販売に問題があり、
それを知らずに販売していました。
今後は再び起こらないようにいたします。

We purchase the products from a trading company for domestic sales
in Japan, and we keep selling them as usual. Selling them inside Japan
does not violate the intellectual properties.
But there was a problem with selling them in the UK; we continued to
sell them without being aware of the issue.
We promise that there will be no recurrence of this issue.
