これは日本ではあたり前の事で請求等がなくお金を払うと法律に触れてしまいます。
それは会社として登録してあるからです。
どうにか、メールで見積もりか請求書を送ってくれませんか？
修理の方に頼んで頂けませんか？
そうでないとこちらからどうしようも出来ないのです。
