各パーツのネジを締めなおしても直らないとのことです。
当社在庫品には動画のような不具合がないです。
原因不明で対処方法がわかりません。

I have received a claim from one of our customers.
As the movie shows, A is jiggly and unstable.
Even after tightening the screws again, it does not help, the customer said.
We have never experienced such cases as for the items in our stock.
I have no idea about the cause, and how to fix it.
Please tell me how to improve this.
