The tea grinder does not grind. It makes about 1/3 rotation, then stops for a little bit, and does another 1/3 of a rotation. After about 20 seconds of this it stops rotating all together, and just waits until it gives off 4 beeps after about 1.5 minutes of waiting. From what I have seen of demonstration videos I believe that it should be rotating continuously at a much higher rate than mine does. This happened from the first time I used it.
このお茶ひき器は挽いてくれません。３分の１回転すると、ちょっと止まって、また３分の１回転します。２０秒後には全く回転しなくなり、１分半ほど待っていると、ただ４回ピーっという音がなりました。実演ビデオを拝見しましたが、このお茶ひき器は私のところにあるものよりずっと早い速度で連続して回転するはずです。最初に使ったときからこのような状態です。
