Do we have to make a form of changing name and address? Or are you going to make it and we sign and stamp it? If possible. it is the best if you make the form and we sign it. Is it better for us not to send the document of export to you until this problem is solved?

Is it better to make name and address change notices by ourselves? Or is it better to make them and be signed and sealed by yourself? I think the later is better. Is it better to wait for you not to send the export document until this issue is cleared?

Should we prepare the paperwork concerning the change in the name and address? Or, would you prefer to prepare it accompanied by your signature and stamp? If possible it's better for you to prepare and sign it. Should I refrain from sending you the documents on the export till the issue is resolved?
