I asked Japan Post now and I was told that since the baggage is in Italy they can't ask them to ship it. Therefore it seems the only way is you ask Italian Post to resend it after confirm the tracking number.

I asked the post office just now and was told that the package is in Italy and so the Japanese post office cannot request to the Italian post office about the shipment. There is no way but you could contact to the Italian post office and tell the tracking number, and then ask for re-sending.
