こちらの管理ミスで同じスペックのギターを用意することができない案内のメールを何通かに渡って送らせて頂いてるのですが確認して頂けてますでしょうか？ebay、PayPalに登録されてるメールアドレスに送っておりまして、直接電話もしましたが「人違いです」とも言われてしまいました。また、ebay、PayPal両方にあなたとコンタクトが取れない、と報告もさせて頂いておりますが、連絡はきていませんでしょうか？

I have sent you several mails to inform you that the guitar with the same spec cannot be arranged for you. Have you received those notifications? I have sent them to your email registered under eBay and PayPal. I tried calling you too, but someone told me I got a wrong person. Also, I have reported to both eBay and PayPal that I could not contact you. Have you heard anything from them?

I have sent you several emails to explain that I couldn't arrange the guitar in a same specs because of my lack of management. Have you checked them? I sent emails to the email addresses that are registered on ebay and PayPal and I even made a phone call but I was told it was a wrong number. Also, I contacted both ebay and PayPal to let them know that I'm unable to get in touch with you. Have you heard from them?

Due to a management miss from our end, we have sent you a number of guidance email that we won't be able to prepare a guitar with similar specifications so can kindly confirm it? I have sent this to the registered eBay and PayPal email address and I have also directly made a phone call but was told that I got the wrong person.
