こちらの管理ミスで同じスペックのギターを用意することができない案内のメールを何通かに渡って送らせて頂いてるのですが確認して頂けてますでしょうか？ebay、PayPalに登録されてるメールアドレスに送っておりまして、直接電話もしましたが「人違いです」とも言われてしまいました。また、ebay、PayPal両方にあなたとコンタクトが取れない、と報告もさせて頂いておりますが、連絡はきていませんでしょうか？

I sent emails to the email addresses that are registered on ebay and PayPal and I even made a phone call but I was told it was a wrong number. Also, I contacted both ebay and PayPal to let them know that I'm unable to get in touch with you. Have you heard from them?
