こちらの管理ミスで同じスペックのギターを用意することができない案内のメールを何通かに渡って送らせて頂いてるのですが確認して頂けてますでしょうか？ebay、PayPalに登録されてるメールアドレスに送っておりまして、直接電話もしましたが「人違いです」とも言われてしまいました。また、ebay、PayPal両方にあなたとコンタクトが取れない、と報告もさせて頂いておりますが、連絡はきていませんでしょうか？

I have sent this to the registered eBay and PayPal email address and I have also directly made a phone call but was told that I got the wrong person. In addition, I have also contacted both eBay and PayPal, telling them I could not get in touch with you. So were you not able to receive the communication messages?
