As this is the case, The purchase price will be $0 I think but, when I tried to enter $0 in the 'purchased value', it seems it will not accept it. What action should I take to correct this, could you please advise?

Regarding the item which has arrived to your office. It is the one I purchased with my earned points.
So, the purchasing price is $0, but when I try to enter $0 into “Purchased value”, it got an error and couldn’t enter “$0”. How can I interact with this?
