先日、御社に到着した商品ですが、購入元でのポイントが溜まったために、ポイントで引き換えたものになります。そのため、購入価格は $0 になるかと思うのですが、purchased value に $0 を入力しようとしたところ、$0 が受け付けてもらえないようです。どのように対応したら良いのか、教えていただけますでしょうか？

The item(s) arrived at your company the other day but, the as the points at the point of purchase have been accumulated, they will be exchanged for the goods.
As this is the case, The purchase price will be $0 I think but, when I tried to enter $0 in the 'purchased value', it seems it will not accept it. What action should I take to correct this, could you please advise?
