その際、不足分の靴について、私が誤って受け取ったとメールしてしまいました。
（送り先は配送を代行していただいてる会社です。この会社との連絡ミスで誤ったメールを送ってしまいました。）
しかし、実際は未だ配送されておらず、確認していただきたく今回連絡させていただきました。
私は不足分の靴を発送していただいた時に、荷物の追跡番号の連絡を受けていません。
荷物の状況を確認するため、追跡番号を教えてください。

With regards to that, I have accidentally mailed saying that I have received the item.

When the missing shoe was shipped out, the tracking number for the item was not given.
Kindly tell me the tracking number in order to confirm the status of the item.

I received contact that a US size 9 shoe was missing from the box at the time of shipping on the 3rd of July.
At that stage, I sent a mail stating I had mistakenly accepted the goods that was missing one shoe.
( it was an email from a forwarding company. I sent this email on misinformation from this company)
But in fact it had not been delivered as yet, I was going to contact them to check.
