荷物の配送時にサイズUS9の右の靴が不足していることは、7/3に連絡しました。
その際、不足分の靴について、私が誤って受け取ったとメールしてしまいました。
（送り先は配送を代行していただいてる会社です。この会社との連絡ミスで誤ったメールを送ってしまいました。）
しかし、実際は未だ配送されておらず、確認していただきたく今回連絡させていただきました。
私は不足分の靴を発送していただいた時に、荷物の追跡番号の連絡を受けていません。
荷物の状況を確認するため、追跡番号を教えてください。
I received contact that a US size 9 shoe was missing from the box at the time of shipping on the 3rd of July.
At that stage, I sent a mail stating I had mistakenly accepted the goods that was missing one shoe.
( it was an email from a forwarding company. I sent this email on misinformation from this company)
But in fact it had not been delivered as yet, I was going to contact them to check.
I have not received the tracking number for the item with the missing shoe.
In order to check the status of the item, please provide me with the tracking number.
