荷物の配送時にサイズUS9の右の靴が不足していることは、7/3に連絡しました。
その際、不足分の靴について、私が誤って受け取ったとメールしてしまいました。
（送り先は配送を代行していただいてる会社です。この会社との連絡ミスで誤ったメールを送ってしまいました。）
しかし、実際は未だ配送されておらず、確認していただきたく今回連絡させていただきました。
私は不足分の靴を発送していただいた時に、荷物の追跡番号の連絡を受けていません。
荷物の状況を確認するため、追跡番号を教えてください。

I have contacted you on 3 July whereby when the items were delivered, the right shoes of size US9 was missing.
With regards to that, I have accidentally mailed saying that I have received the item.
(It is the forwarding service company that made the delivery. Due to the communication error, they sent out the wrong mail.)
However, in actuality it has yet been delivered, to confirm this time round I would be the one contacting.
When the missing shoe was shipped out, the tracking number for the item was not given.
Kindly tell me the tracking number in order to confirm the status of the item.
