ユーザーの意見を全て聞くべきだとは思いません
ただし返信ぐらいするのがマナーです
Script自体も非常に汚いソースコードで利用しません
one star ratingを付けた後、悪口を書いたメールが直接何通も届きました
低品質なScriptでサポートが悪いならone star ratingで当然でしょう？
そんなのユーザー側の自由ですよ

I gave the author of the script a one star rating.
The reason being was poor support. There was no response to my comment even after 20 days.
I think they should have regard for the users opinions.
At the very least, leaving a reply is good manners.
The script was extremely poor quality source code and I will not use it.
After leaving the one star rating, I received direct mail from them many times containing abuse.
For a poor quality script with bad support a one star rating is appropriate. Is that correct?
That is entirely up to the user's discretion.

I don’t use the script because of not good structured source code.
After leaving the one start evaluation, I have received many emails telling bad things.
Don’t you think it is natural to leave that rating if the scrip was with poor quality and support?
It is freedom of users.
