10月22日注文分のトラッキング№を教えてください。
10月15日に注文したER02の1台が初期不良のようです。
ギアに問題があるようで10センチ間隔ほどでガタッとカメラが揺れてしまいます。
改善方法はありますか?
1台在庫があるので顧客には交換で対応しようと思います。
初期不良が改善されない場合は新しいER02を無料で送って下さい。
可能であれば、交換のER02は今回の注文商品と一緒に送って欲しいです。
ER02には2つのDVDが同梱されています。
AのDVDは見ることができません。
The ER02 I have ordered on October15 seems to be having initial failure.
There is a problem with the gear, and the camera keeps shaking after 10cm intervals.
Is there any way of solving this?
I am thinking of dealing with the customer by replacing the product, as I had a spare in stock.
If the initial failure cannot be resolved, please kindly send us a new ER02 free of charge.
If possible, could you send the replacement ER02 with this order?
There are 2 DVD's in ER02, and I could not watch the DVD A.
One of the ER02 I ordered on Oct. 15 seems to have the initial defect.
It is suspected of a failure in the gear so that the camera is swung left and right at about every 10 cm interval.
Is there any ways to improve this issue?
Since I have stocks of them, I am thinking to send one of them to the customer this time.
