10月22日注文分のトラッキング№を教えてください。

10月15日に注文したER02の1台が初期不良のようです。
ギアに問題があるようで１０センチ間隔ほどでガタッとカメラが揺れてしまいます。
改善方法はありますか？
1台在庫があるので顧客には交換で対応しようと思います。
初期不良が改善されない場合は新しいER02を無料で送って下さい。

可能であれば、交換のER02は今回の注文商品と一緒に送って欲しいです。

ER02には2つのDVDが同梱されています。
AのDVDは見ることができません。

Please let me know the tracking number for the item I have ordered on Oct. 22.

One of the ER02 I ordered on Oct. 15 seems to have the initial defect.
It is suspected of a failure in the gear so that the camera is swung left and right at about every 10 cm interval.
Is there any ways to improve this issue?
Since I have stocks of them, I am thinking to send one of them to the customer this time.
However, if the initial defect is not improved, please send the new ER02 for free of charge.

If it is possible, please send the replace ER02 together with the order at this time.

There are two DVDs enclosed with the ER02.
However, the DVD A cannot be loaded.
