Unfortunately, the item has been lost by the Postal Office.
I have shipped it on September 3rd via Japan Postal Service's air mail.
It takes two weeks to get to Canada in general.

I have sent the product by Air Mail (Japan post) on September 3rd.
It should have reached Canada within 2 weeks.
