Unfortunately, the item has been lost by the Postal Office.
I have shipped it on September 3rd via Japan Postal Service's air mail.
It takes two weeks to get to Canada in general.
However, I will take a responsibility as a seller.
Since it's all sold out, I can't send the item to you again, so I will give you a refund.

Unfortunately the product has been lost during shipping.
I have sent the product by Air Mail (Japan post) on September 3rd.
It should have reached Canada within 2 weeks.
However, since the product has been lost and is now out of stock, as a seller I will take full responsibility by
