アイテムは郵便事情で紛失です
私は９月３日に日本郵便より航空便で発送しました
カナダですと２週間で到着してます
しかし　セラーとしての責任は取ります
もう完売したので再送は出来ません
返金にてお許しください

It is very unfortunate that the item
was lost this time due to an issue with the postal service
I shipped the item using airmail via Japan post on September 3
It should ideally take two weeks to arrive in Canada
However I will take responsibility as the seller
I cannot reship another one as the item have been sold out
Please allow me to issue a refund instead
