The forwarder in California tore and threw away the wrapping paper to check the contents, so we are unable to check the seller's address which was on the wrapping paper.
The seller might have guessed that we were going to request for replacement of the product, so he made excuses not to tell us his address though we asked him for it. Assuming from how he has been behaving before, I can see that the buyer is trying to avoid replacing the product with other products every time we deal with complaints.

The system does not accept long sentences, and I have to ask three sets of my Japanese sentences every time. And for each sentence, tree translators react; therefore three sets of my Japanese sentences times three translations are quite an amount.
