カリフオルニアの配送センターセンターで業者が包装紙をやぶいて商品を確認した際に、包装紙を捨ててしまったので、私たちは売主の住所がわからない状況下にあります。
彼はその事を察して、私が「住所を教えて下さい」といっている事に対して、巧妙に住所を教えてくれません。彼のこれまでの態度より、返却交換を避けたい様に私には毎回交渉の度に感じました。

The problem is that a certain staff of the delivery center in California had opened the package to check the item, and then he threw the package away. So I can’t know the name and address of the seller. He seems to feel responsible for that, but he has never responded to my request to tell the address. From his attitude up until now, I should think that he do not want to respond to my request of returning the item.

Sorry for the trouble, but please arrange to enable the replacement of "different products".

The forwarder in California tore and threw away the wrapping paper to check the contents, so we are unable to check the seller's address which was on the wrapping paper.
The seller might have guessed that we were going to request for replacement of the product, so he made excuses not to tell us his address though we asked him for it. Assuming from how he has been behaving before, I can see that the buyer is trying to avoid replacing the product with other products every time we deal with complaints.

I received (1) a wrong item, and (2) yet he does not tell me the seller’s address. Accordingly I cannot send back the item; I am really a victim in this case.

I have asked Conyac (translation Co.) to translate my Japanese sentences in order to communicate with him and get his appropriate reaction. The system does not accept long sentences, and I have to ask three sets of my Japanese sentences every time. And for each sentence, tree translators react; therefore three sets of my Japanese sentences times three translations are quite an amount.

I clearly said that the exchange and return of the item is impossible from the facts that he (1) sent me the wrong items (2) and refused to let me know the delivery destination where to send back the items. I am the injured party.

The documents sent to him which were used to persuade him had almost three sets of documents every time.
I don't understand English very well, so I asked for translation from Conyac tranlation company. Every time, I got three sets of translated documents.

In order to convey my correct intention to him, I have sent two different kinds of translation letters (different translators’). If he will react sincerely and appropriately, I think I can leave him high evaluation.
His way of doing, however, has not been good; treacherous and tough.
I am not in a good condition; last stage of cancer. So I am very tired with the struggle with him.
