この度、Ebayオークションで子供の天使像(Item number:250942966728)を購入(Ended:Dec 06, 201112:39:53 PST)しましたが、bronzegalleryより、送られてきたのは、貧弱な安っぽい馬でした。
最初に出したメールは彼から返事がきませんでした。(ebay の質問欄から出しました。)
そして、彼が出している別の画面からメールを出して、やっと短い文がとどきました。

The statue I received from bronzegallery was a poor looking horse.
I emailed him but have not received a reply yet. (I emailed him from the inquiry column at ebay)
So, I emailed him from his homepage and finally received a short message.

The other day I bought a sculpture of an infant angel (Item number:250942966728) on Ebay auction. The auction ended on Dec 06, 2011 12:39:53 PST. However, the product delivered to me from bronzegallery was not that I ordered, but it was a sculpture of a poor horse.
He did not reply to my first e-mail message. I sent said first e-mail message to him via the question corner of ebay.
Then, I send another e-mail to him through another screen which he published, and at last he gave me a reply but in few sentences.
I recently purchased a little angel statue at an eBay auction (item number:
250942966728) from bronzegallery (ended: Dec 06, 201112:39:53 PST). However, what bronzegallery sent me was a cheap looking horse of very poor quality. I then sent the seller an e-mail (from the eBay messaging interface) but he did not respond.
I then e-mailed him from another one of his listings and I finally received a short reply.
彼は商品を交換してもいいといいながら、商品の返送先を全く(巧妙に)教えてくれません
何度も私は彼に頼んだにもかかわらずです。
私は彼から、時間稼ぎのメールしかもらっていません。住所を決して教えてくれませんでした。
私たちは送り先の住所がわからないと商品を返すことができません。
彼は、私に対して作為的にそうしているのを痛いほど痛感しました。
He has emailed me but he is only trying to procrastinate.
He never gives me the address.
We can not return the item.
I deeply realize that he is doing this to me intentionally.
I asked him to tell me his address many times, but he never told me.
He only sent me some e-mails, all of which were intended to save time. He never told me his address.
If he does not tell me his address, I cannot return the product to him.
I strongly felt that he was doing such acts intentionally against me.
This is still happening even though I have contacted him a number of times.
So far I have only received e-mails that help him gain some time. He still has not sent me his address.
I cannot send the item back if I do not have an address to send it to.
I am now starting to become painfully aware that he is doing this on purpose.
至急、彼に対してこの商品の代金支払停止と彼への仲裁をお願い致します。
かれは、海外の購入者の距離的弱い立場を利用して、誠実に対応をしてくれないと私は感じました(残念ながら)。至急、御社による対処をお願い致します。

I felt that he was abusing the situation of foreign buyers, who have disadvantage by geographical distance, and that did not sincerely deal with me. That is regretful for me. Kindly please raise an action against him promptly.
I get the feeling that this seller is not being honest and he is (unfortunately) taking advantage of my weak position as an overseas buyer. I would be really grateful if you could resolve this problem as quickly as possible.
