御世話になります。
この度、Ｅｂａｙオークションで子供の天使像（Item number:250942966728）を購入（Ended:Dec 06, 201112:39:53 ＰＳＴ）しましたが、bronzegalleryより、送られてきたのは、貧弱な安っぽい馬でした。
最初に出したメールは彼から返事がきませんでした。（ｅｂａｙ　の質問欄から出しました。）
そして、彼が出している別の画面からメールを出して、やっと短い文がとどきました。

Dear eBay and Paypal,

I recently purchased a little angel statue at an eBay auction (item number:
250942966728) from bronzegallery (ended: Dec 06, 201112:39:53 PST). However, what bronzegallery sent me was a cheap looking horse of very poor quality. I then sent the seller an e-mail (from the eBay messaging interface) but he did not respond.
I then e-mailed him from another one of his listings and I finally received a short reply.
