製造設備にトラブルがあり、工程が止まってしまっております。
大変申し訳ございませんが、そのため1週間ほど納期が遅れる見込みです。
現状の納期は今月末にFOB Japanの予定となります。
工場内での伝達に問題があり、予定通りに製作が進んでおりません。
現状の予定を下記の通り、整理致します。
100本：6月末工場出荷（出来るだけ短縮出来るように調整しております。）
100本：7/25頃工場出荷
100本：8/24頃工場出荷
このスケジュールにてご調整をいただけないでしょうか？

Due to a problem with the manufacturing equipment, the manufacturing process had to be stopped.
We deeply apologize for the inconvenience but the expected delivery date will be delayed by about a week.
The current delivery date is scheduled for FOB Japan at the end of this month.
There is a problem with communication within the factory thus production is not proceeding as planned.
The current schedule will be re-organized as follows:
100 bottles: Shipped from the factory at the end of June (Adjusted to shorten as much as possible)
100 bottles: Shipped from the factory around 7/25
100 bottles: shipped from the factory around 8/24
Would these schedule adjustments be acceptable?

The production is suspended owing to the failure of the system.
We are terribly sorry for the delay in delivery for about a week.
At the moment, the earliest possible delivery is planned as FOB Japan late this month.
Please let me summarise the current status for the following.
100 pcs: Ship from the factory in late June (We rush for the possible earliest delivery)
100 pcs: Ship from the factory on 25th of July (approx.)
100 pcs: Ship from the factory on 24th of August (approx.)
Could you arrange it for the schedule above?
