製造設備にトラブルがあり、工程が止まってしまっております。
大変申し訳ございませんが、そのため1週間ほど納期が遅れる見込みです。
現状の納期は今月末にFOB Japanの予定となります。

工場内での伝達に問題があり、予定通りに製作が進んでおりません。
現状の予定を下記の通り、整理致します。

100本：6月末工場出荷（出来るだけ短縮出来るように調整しております。）
100本：7/25頃工場出荷
100本：8/24頃工場出荷

このスケジュールにてご調整をいただけないでしょうか？

There is a trouble with the manufacturing equipment, so that the process is stopped.
I am genuinely sorry, but the deadline will be delayed for around one week.
The current deadline is the end of this month for FOB Japan.

There is an issue with the communication inside the factory, so that the production is not progressing as planned.
You can find the current organisation below.

100 : will be shipped in the end of June (we try our best to ship it as soon as possible)
100 : will be shipped on 25/07
100 : will be shipped on 24/08

Is it possible to continue with this rearrangement of schedule ?
