If the reference value is 100 "Greater than or equal to" instead of 100 "over", the flow rate is still controlled by the intensity of the light and does not affect the type test. Is this understanding correct?
According to the report, the standard test organism (STO) was not used. In any case, the STO and the microorganisms in the test water are of the same species and therefore are not considered to affect the type test.

Even though the standard value is done for "more than" 100, as the flowing amount is protected by the strength of the light, it would not effect to any influence to the model test. Is this correct?
By the report, the standard test objects (STO) seemed not to be used. Any way, as the microbes in the STO and test water are the same kind, it seems it will not influence the model test.

In the case of the standard value at more than 100, not exceeding 100, as the flow is controlled by the intensity of light, it doesn’t affect the type test. WIll that make sense for this?
According to the report, it seemed not to have used STO/Standard test organisms. More or less, a microbe containing either STO or test water is homogeneous, so it is thought not to affect the type test.
