配送先への到着日程についてご連絡お待ちしております。下記荷主様からの問い合わせです。ご確認いただけますでしょうか。当該貨物はEPAにより関税1.7%が免除される認識だったのですが、免除が適用されるにはREXなる輸出者登録の提示が必要と連絡を受けております。JETROの情報によると、「EU向け輸出時には、EUの登録輸出者システムへの登録は不要」とのことなのですが、REX登録なしで免税を受けることできないのか、ご確認頂けますでしょうか?

According to the information of JETRO, it is said that "No registration with the EU's Registered Exporter System is required for exports to the EU.", but could you check if I can get tax exemption without REX registration?

I am waiting from you about the date to arrive the item. The following is an inquiry form the forwarder. Please check it. Although I understood the item has been reduced with the custom tax by 1.7%, by EPA, but to do so, it was told to have REX, exporting registration to admit. From JETEO, it said "for EU exporting, it does not need EU register system to register", but without REX registration, we cannot gain without tax, please check it.
