配送先への到着日程についてご連絡お待ちしております。下記荷主様からの問い合わせです。ご確認いただけますでしょうか。当該貨物はEPAにより関税1.7%が免除される認識だったのですが、免除が適用されるにはREXなる輸出者登録の提示が必要と連絡を受けております。JETROの情報によると、「EU向け輸出時には、EUの登録輸出者システムへの登録は不要」とのことなのですが、REX登録なしで免税を受けることできないのか、ご確認頂けますでしょうか?

I recognized the tax 1.7% of the cargo is exempted by EPA. However, I got the contact that we need to show the exporter registration, REX, for applying the exemption.
JETRO says, " On exporting to EU, it is not necessary to register to the system of EU registered exporter."
Would you confirm whether tax exemption is impossible without REX registration, or not?
