配送先への到着日程についてご連絡お待ちしております。下記荷主様からの問い合わせです。ご確認いただけますでしょうか。当該貨物はEPAにより関税1.7%が免除される認識だったのですが、免除が適用されるにはREXなる輸出者登録の提示が必要と連絡を受けております。JETROの情報によると、「EU向け輸出時には、EUの登録輸出者システムへの登録は不要」とのことなのですが、REX登録なしで免税を受けることできないのか、ご確認頂けますでしょうか?

According to the information from JETRO, they say that "Exporting to the EU, the registration of importers isn't required". Would you make sure whether the exemption of tariffs is applied or not, if without the REX registration?
