However, due to the improper description on the Phytosanitary Certificate, I regret that the import permission was not provided for xxx.
Although it took a month and a half for the delivery of items, the condition is relatively good.

The product you ordered has arrived.
However, due to an inadequacy in the phytosanitary certificate, unfortunately an import permit for XXX could not be obtained.
The product’s condition is surprisingly good considering it took close to 1.5 months to be delivered.

新型コロナウイルス感染症の影響により、南アフリカ郵便局から発送しても、日本に届くまで約2ヵ月かかるようです。
Mailwiseでの発送は可能でしょうか？
以前にA氏からMailwiseを提案されましたが、実際14日前後で到着しています。
送料の不足が発生する場合は追加でお支払いします。
ご検討宜しくお願い致します。

I have something to ask you regarding the shipping.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, it may take about 2 month time if shipping from the post office in South Africa.
Would it be possible to ask you to ship via Mailwise?
That was proposed by A for using Mailwise last time and it arrived about 14 days actually.
If the shipping cost will be more I am sure I will pay the difference.
I appreciate your consideration.
