Herderite

Herderite is a product from Belgium.
Herderite is found inside granite pegmatite together with apatite. Based on mining historical sources in Germany in the 1890s and 1920s, it was found in apatite extracted from a Belgian mine, so it links Germany to the geology.
It is not known whether it comprised natural Herderite.

Sphalerite and calcite specimens have been discovered in Belgium, unlike Herderite.
Is this really from Belgium?
Can I get a refund if it is identified as a counterfeit product?

I heard that the production of Herderite was in Belgium, Also, Herderite is produced in the Granite Pegmatite along with apatite. We found a description on the document of the history of mine in Germany in 1890-1920 saying that it was discovered in the apatite produced at the mine in Belgium where it connects to Germany geographically.

As a specimen, we sometimes find sphalerite or calcite, which are produced in Belgium, but we have never seen Herderite.
Could I make sure it is really a Belgian product?
Otherwise, if it is a fake, could you refund me back?

You said that the Herderite is Belgian, but Herderites are produced from Granite Pegmatites, as same as phosphates. Is is stated in a resource about German mining history of 1890 to 1920, that some Herderites were found in phosphates that were produced in Belgian mines, which the geology is adjoined to that of Germany, but whether or not that the Herderites that were found there was natural is uncertain.

I have seen Belgian sphalerites and calcspars as samples, but have never seen Belgian Herderites.
Is it really Belgian?
In case it turned out to be fake after discrimination, can I get a refund?
