到着時のダンボールのまま同梱発送をすることはできますか？？
過去2回、同梱の依頼をしましたがオリジナルダンボールから商品が出された状態で
発送されており、梱包不十分で商品が破損していました。

Can you ship the items together in the condition that you use the cardboard which was used in arrival?
I asked what I needed you to deliver the item together twice before, but the item was out of original cardboard. It means the packaging was not enough and the item was broken.

Is it possible to use the same cardboard box that was used when the package arrived for packing and shipping together?
In the past, I requested to pack together twice but the parcel was shipped without the original cardboard box which caused product damage due to the incomplete packaging.

May I ask you to ship them in the same package using a cardboard box when arrived?
I experienced it twice before but the item was taken out from the original when shipping box even though I requested for using the same package together. The item was broken as the damage of the packaging.
