- Upon business transaction, may I have a copy of FDA approved BPA free certificate?
- I believe your whisky stone receives high reputation on Amazon; please let me know if you have any other certificates or awards received for the product.
In my understanding these are necessary materials for selling the product in Japan in order to attract customer's buying motivation and interest.
