退院してからメンタル面でかなりヤバくて、希死念慮が高まって自分でコントロールできないので、まだ予約は大分先でしたが精神科を緊急受診して、精神系のお薬を入院前に近い状態に戻してもらいました。
そうしたら何とか精神の方は持ち直しました。
心臓への負担を軽くする為に精神薬を減らされていたので、今の状態は心臓にかなり悪いです。
取り敢えず、私はまだ生きています。
近日中に誕生日プレゼントを送りますね。
最近、オカメインコの雛を二羽、お迎えしました。
とても可愛らしいです。写真添付しますね。

My mental state got quite serious after being discharged from the hospital to the point that I couldn't control my suicidal thoughts; I went for an emergency check-up at the mental hospital even though my doctor's appointment was a good many days ahead and had my medicine returned to something similar to what I was prescribed before my hospitalization.
Since my psychotropic drugs were reduced for lessening stress on the heart, my current heart condition is quite bad.
But for now, I'm still alive.

Recently, I welcomed two female cocktails as pets!

After leaving the hospital, I am feeling horrible mentally and am anxious to die where I cannot control myself. My reservation was far ahead, but I was diagnosed in psychiatry department immediately,and asked to return the medicine for mental illness to the condition close to before hospitalization.
Then I managed to feel good mentally.
As the medicine for the mental illness for reducing the burden to heart was reduced, it is very bad for the heart under the current condition.
Anyway, I am surviving.

I received two chicks of Nymphicus hollandicus recently.

My mental situation has been serious since the leaving hospital. I cannot control myself for boosting the hope of suicidal feeling lately. My next appointment for the psychiatry would be further beyond but I met a doctor on an my emergency. The doctor put back my medicine prescribed as before.
Then my mental situation is getting back for being sutable.
In order to get rid of putting heavy tax on my heart, the medicine was reduced but contrarily the current prescription might be worsen for my heart as increased medication.

I've been mentally sick, and I can't help wanting to kill myself, since I left the hospital.
My doctor's appointment is days away, but i went to a mental clinic, and I got medication as much as I got prescribed before my hospital stay.
It worked, and now I'm settling down.
I was getting less drugs so that they wouldn't hurt my heart, so my heart is now getting lots of burden.
I am alive anyway.

since I was discharged from the hospital, my mental state has been terrible. I can't crontrol my mind that I want to die, so I made an urgent appointment with psychiatrist in Oita and had my psychiatric drug ，which let me almost recovered to the state before I was hospitalized. Finally my mind state somehow recovered.
In order to reduce my heart's burden, the amount of my psychotropic drugs was decreased, so the current state is very bad for my heart.
But anyway I am still alive now.
