退院してからメンタル面でかなりヤバくて、希死念慮が高まって自分でコントロールできないので、まだ予約は大分先でしたが精神科を緊急受診して、精神系のお薬を入院前に近い状態に戻してもらいました。
そうしたら何とか精神の方は持ち直しました。
心臓への負担を軽くする為に精神薬を減らされていたので、今の状態は心臓にかなり悪いです。
取り敢えず、私はまだ生きています。
近日中に誕生日プレゼントを送りますね。
最近、オカメインコの雛を二羽、お迎えしました。
とても可愛らしいです。写真添付しますね。

since I was discharged from the hospital, my mental state has been terrible. I can't crontrol my mind that I want to die, so I made an urgent appointment with psychiatrist in Oita and had my psychiatric drug ，which let me almost recovered to the state before I was hospitalized. Finally my mind state somehow recovered.
In order to reduce my heart's burden, the amount of my psychotropic drugs was decreased, so the current state is very bad for my heart.
But anyway I am still alive now.
I ’ll send you a birthday present soon.
Recently, I got two cockatiel chicks.
