退院してからメンタル面でかなりヤバくて、希死念慮が高まって自分でコントロールできないので、まだ予約は大分先でしたが精神科を緊急受診して、精神系のお薬を入院前に近い状態に戻してもらいました。
そうしたら何とか精神の方は持ち直しました。
心臓への負担を軽くする為に精神薬を減らされていたので、今の状態は心臓にかなり悪いです。
取り敢えず、私はまだ生きています。
近日中に誕生日プレゼントを送りますね。
最近、オカメインコの雛を二羽、お迎えしました。
とても可愛らしいです。写真添付しますね。

I've been mentally sick, and I can't help wanting to kill myself, since I left the hospital.
My doctor's appointment is days away, but i went to a mental clinic, and I got medication as much as I got prescribed before my hospital stay.
It worked, and now I'm settling down.
I was getting less drugs so that they wouldn't hurt my heart, so my heart is now getting lots of burden.
I am alive anyway.
I will send you a birthday present sometime soon.
I've got two chicks of cockatiel recently.
They are pretty.
