商品を落札してから40日が経過しました。未だに商品は届いていません。セラーの方から来たメッセージは会社が倒産したけど、商品は送っているとメッセージが来てましたが、追跡ナンバーも無くて信用できません。ステータスも未だにシッピングになっていないし。ebayのルールでは45日を超えるとクレームの受付ができないと聞いてますので、そろそろ限界です。どうかすみやかに返金をお願いします。よろしくお願いします。

It's been 40 days since I won the bid for the item. The item has yet to arrive. A message arrived from the seller that the company became bankrupt but the item was still sent but there was no tracking number so I couldn't believe it. The status hasn't become "shipping" either. According to ebay rules I heard that it won't accept complaints after 45 days so it's near the deadline. Somehow please give me a refund. Hoping for your kind response.

40 days have passed since I bid for the item. It has not arrived yet. The seller of the item has sent me the following message: he has dispatched the item though the company went bankrupt. But I cannot find a tracking number for the item, which I am afraid I fail to trust. The status of the item has not been changed to "Shipped". The rule of ebay shows that customers cannot complain after 45 days of the order. I cannot be patient any longer. Please get me refunded right away. Thank you very much.

40 days have passed since I made a successful bid. But, I have not received the item yet. According to the seller's message, the company had suffered from a bankrupt but they sent me the item. However, I cannot believe the message because even the tracking number was not mentioned and the status has not changed to shipping even now, I am aware that I cannot make a claim after 45 days of the successful bid according to eBay rule, so I cannot wait any longer. Please make a full refund immediately. Thank you.

Although from the the seller I was told even though the firm has went bankrupt, the item is being sent, I cannot believe it without its tracking number. The status has not been in shopping.
