商品を落札してから40日が経過しました。未だに商品は届いていません。セラーの方から来たメッセージは会社が倒産したけど、商品は送っているとメッセージが来てましたが、追跡ナンバーも無くて信用できません。ステータスも未だにシッピングになっていないし。ebayのルールでは45日を超えるとクレームの受付ができないと聞いてますので、そろそろ限界です。どうかすみやかに返金をお願いします。よろしくお願いします。

It has been 40 days since I won a bid of the item. I haven't received it yet.
I got the message from the seller that their company went bankruptcy but they had sent the item out. There was no tracking number in their message, so I can't believe that. The status has not become"shipping" yet.
I heard they won't receive the complaint from us when it takes over 45 days after the case happens in ebay's rule. I can't hold on much longer. Please return the money ASAP. Thank you.
