商品を落札してから40日が経過しました。未だに商品は届いていません。セラーの方から来たメッセージは会社が倒産したけど、商品は送っているとメッセージが来てましたが、追跡ナンバーも無くて信用できません。ステータスも未だにシッピングになっていないし。ebayのルールでは45日を超えるとクレームの受付ができないと聞いてますので、そろそろ限界です。どうかすみやかに返金をお願いします。よろしくお願いします。

It has been 40 days after the bid. The item has not yet reached me. Although from the the seller I was told even though the firm has went bankrupt, the item is being sent, I cannot believe it without its tracking number. The status has not been in shopping. I hear I cannot claim it after 45 days in the Ebay rule, it is time limit. Please return the money swiftly. Thank you.
