尚、貴社システムにはランプの清掃機能がなく、化学洗浄の手段もないため、他社製品と異なり、汚損による対処が十分に出来ないのではないかと疑問を持っています。

連絡は先に管理会社にするようにお願いします。
添付のメール（管理会社から貴社）の返事すらまだ来ていない状況と聞いております。
