4/3に発送しましたが、ロシアに到着してからスムーズに行かなかったようです。プレゼント用ということでしたので、ダメージのないように、特別に丈夫な箱に入れ(通常はクッション封筒)お送りしました。丁寧に梱包して発送しただけに、届かなかったことはとても残念です。分かりました。商品代金は返金します。この度はご迷惑をおかけし、誠に申し訳ありません。

I made shipment on April 3rd, but it did not go smoothly after it arrived in Russia. Since it was for a present, I packed in a specially strong box (normally it is packed in a cushion envelope) so it won't be damaged for shipment. I carefully packed it so I deeply regret it did not arrive. I understand. I will make refund. I am very sorry for the inconvenience caused this time.

When tracked, it was stopped to import. As it is difficult to found its reason from our side, could you please ask the Post Office once?

I tracked. It looks the imports has been canceled. I don't know the reason here, so how about contact post office once?
I delivered the items on April 3rd, but it has not been delivered smoothly after the items reached in Russia.
Because they are gifts, I delivered them with hard box specially for not being damaged (In general, we used cushion envelope). I am really sorry for not reaching even if I wrapped very carefully. I got it. I will refund the items amount. I am very sorry for making you troublesome in this time.

I've packed well in a sturdy box to avoid any damages since it was for a present( I usually use a bubble wrap. ). I'm disappointed that you didn't receive it as I had packed well and shipped.
